In December 2014, the National Assembly unanimously passed the law promoting character and personality education in order to nurture citizens to have an upright character. Starting from July 2015,
the character and personality education has been requested especially from public enterprises and in the field of education since it has been mandatorily enforced. The interest in Mind Education is steadily growing within private enterprises and military bases, government offices, since there are many cases
of people facing conflicts due to the lack of communication.

“The losses we face in places of education result from the students’ use of smart phones and having access to provocative and dynamic forms of media. This renders students incapable of communicating with other people and they gradually lose the ability to tap into deep consideration.
I am sure that the best way to let students master how to express and control their hearts is by implementing the Character Education, which will give students the chance to tap into their thoughts deeply.”
